Helping a homeowner identify and understand the risks of a failed lintel is the first step in developing a sales lead. This three-part direct mail campaign allows you to upload a photograph of a property with a failed lintel and indicate problem areas for a homeowner. The messaging side of the card helps define the problem, create a sense of urgency and introduce LintelLift® as the reliable, quick and cost-effective means of permanently repairing the lintel failure.

Property Identification

Login to upload photographs and enter addresses for properties you’ve identified. You can also remove any properties that you’ve closed the sale on to keep them from receiving subsequent mailings. All uploads or removals must be completed before the 1st of each month. After that date, all entered properties will go into production and mail services. Every associate will have an itemized report of their leads that will be used for tracking and billing purposes.
